摘要
近年来,一体化建造在海洋工程建造领域持续走红。这样的建造模式可以充分利用现有场地资源,可以缩短项目整体总装工期,具有非常高的施工效率,显著降低了工程建造成本。因此,一体化建造目前已经逐渐在海洋工程领域大范围推广应用,成为海洋工程建造领域的主要发展趋势。在对比传统建造方案的过程中发现,一体化施工在整个施工过程中成本优势明显,如减少设计返工、节约大型吊机设备、充分利用场地现有资源、减少高空脚手架搭设、降低安全风险、降低环保风险、节约工期等,从而降低建造成本。
As an emerging construction mode,modular construction can not only integrate excellent resources,but also shorten the construction period.It has outstanding advantages of high efficiency and reduced project construction costs.It has gradually been applied to the field of offshore engineering construction and has become an important field Technology and development trends.Based on the cost analysis of the modular construction design of offshore engineering,it is found that the implementation of modular construction design in each link of offshore engineering can not only reduce the cost of materials caused by changes in offshore engineering design,but also reduce the cost of materials compared to traditional offshore construction models Offshore shifts for large-scale equipment in offshore engineering can reduce the occupation time of slides in offshore engineering.At the same time,it can reduce the installation of high-altitude scaffolding for offshore engineering and reduce the labor investment cost of offshore engineering.And through a case of a marine engineering project,it was confirmed that the modular construction design of the marine engineering can effectively reduce the overall cost of the marine engineering construction.
