摘要
高校承担着培养创新与创业人才的重任,创新创业(简称双创)教育导师是培养高质量双创人才的重要保障。阐述了双创教育导师的作用,针对当前我国双创教育导师队伍现状,提出了一些具体的构想与建议,以期为促进高校双创教育导师队伍建设与提升提供一定的借鉴。
Universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Innovation and entrepreneurship education tutors are an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The paper expounds the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education tutors,and puts forward some concrete ideas and suggestions aiming at the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education tutors in China,so as to provide some references for the construction and promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education tutors in universities.
