摘要
[目的]比较3.1487(T1)、3.1772(T2)、5494(T3)、B01461(T4)和BN339916(T5)等5个蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌株的优劣。[方法]通过比较5个菌株的菌丝干重与腺苷、甘露醇、粗多糖、蛋白质、灰分等含量,筛选优良菌株。[结果]菌丝干重以T 1菌株最高,比最低的T2菌株高10%,但与其他菌株无显著差异;腺苷含量以T5菌株最高,是药典标准含量的1.45倍,显著高于其他4个菌株(P<0.05);甘露醇含量以T1菌株最高,是药典标准含量的1.54倍,但5个菌株之间无显著差异;粗多糖和蛋白质含量均以T5菌株最高,T2菌株最低;灰分含量以T 2菌株最高,T3菌株最低。[结论]灰色关联度分析表明,T 5菌株综合表现最优,可作为企业生产的优良菌株。
[Purpose]To compare the advantages and disadvantages of five Paecilomyces hepiali strains,namely,3.1487(T1),3.1772(T2),5494(T3),B01461(T4),and BN339916(T5).[Method]The mycelium dry weight,adenosine content,mannitol content,contents of crude polysaccharide,protein,ash,and others of five P.hepiali strains were compared for screening out the superior strains.[Result]T1 strain had the highest mycelial dry weight,which was 10%higher than the lowest mycelial dry weight in T2 strain,but was not significantly different than the mycelial dry weight of other three strains.The adenosine content of T5 strain was the highest,which was 1.45 times of the standard content of the Pharmacopoeia and significantly higher than the other four strains(P<0.05).The mannitol content was the highest in T1 strain,which was 1.54 times of the standard content of the Pharmacopoeia,but there was no significant difference among the five strains.The highest crude polysaccharide and protein contents were in T5 strain and the lowest were in T2.T3 strain had the lowest ash content and T2 strain had the highest ash content.[Conclusion]Comprehensive analysis by grey correlation degree method showed that T5 strain had the best comprehensive performance and could be used as an excellent strain for production.
