摘要
针对薄壁箱体的焊接,分析了焊接特点和存在的工艺难点,并指出了人工焊接存在的缺点,提出了机器人焊接代替人工焊接的优点,构建了单机双工位的焊接机器人工作站,介绍了焊接工作站各组成的功能和要求。针对薄壁箱体的焊接进行了实例分析和应用,设计了薄壁箱体利用机器人焊接的生产工艺,并针对特定焊材给出了焊丝选型和焊接工艺参数;编写了机器人焊接程序,并列出了典型焊缝的机器人焊接程序代码;按照工艺要求和焊接程序完成了首件产品的试制,并对焊接产品的质量进行了验证,确保了焊接机器人工作站在薄壁箱体上焊接的有效应用,为类似产品的机器人焊接应用提供了参考。
For thin-walled welding of the rectangular parts,it was analyzed that the thin-walled welding characteristics and the existing technology difficulties,the shortcomings of manual welding,were pointed out and the advantages of robot welding instead of manual welding were put forward.A welding robot workstation that could realize two welding station by one robot for thin-walled rectangular parts,and it was introduced that function of each composing about the workstation.The application of one thin-walled part was studied by designing welding technology that provided welding wire selection and welding process parameters,and compiled robot welding program.According to the technology requirements and welding program,the first product was trial-produced,and the quality of the welding products was verified,which ensured the effective application of the welding robot workstation on thin-walled rectangular parts,and provided reference value for similar products.
