摘要
介绍了Pro/Cabling模块的三维布线设计流程和方法,总结了3种三维布线方法在实际应用中的特点。以实际电子整机产品为例,通过接线的逻辑关系导入、连接器点位定义指定、虚拟路径设计开始电子整机三维布线设计,完成数字化样机构建。重点介绍在三维实体模型上进行三维布线设计的关键操作步骤,并在工艺设计中使用三维布线模型和所生成的信息表格,开展电子整机三维虚拟装配设计,使其对生产现场更具指导性,为电子整机的质量、可靠性和一致性提供了强有力的保证。
Based on the Pro/Cabling module,the design process and method of 3D cabling were introduced,and the characteristics of three methods in practical application were summarized.Took the actual electronic machines for example,the design of 3D cabling of electronic machines started from the introduction of logical relationship of cabling,the definition and designation of connector points,and the setting of virtual path,and finally the construction of the digital prototype was completed.Mainly focused on the key operation steps of 3D cabling design on the 3D solid model,and used the 3D cabling model and the generated information table in the process design to carry out the 3D virtual assembly design of the electronic machine,which made it more instructive to the production site,and ensured the quality,reliability and consistency of the electronic machine.
