摘要 根据轮式装甲车薄壳车体特点,系统阐述了车体设计要求、设计流程及设计方法,设计输出技术文件,主要结构设计要点和难点,部件设计注意事项。设计中重点分析了装备作战用途和使用环境对车体的特殊要求。对近年来整车战术技术功能性能的更高要求,如水陆两栖功能、地雷防护能力、新材料应用、车体轻量化、防腐与密封、通用质量特性等新热点难点要求,车体设计过程中应重点关注。 According to the characteristics of the thin shell body of wheeled armored vehicle,the design requirements,design process and design methods,design output technical documents,main structural design points and difficulties,and component design considerations were systematically expounded.In the design,it was necessary to analyze the special requirements of equipment for combat purpose and environment.In recent years,higher requirements for the vehicle tactical technical performance were presented,such as amphibious function,mine protection ability,new material application,vehicle lightweight,anti-corrosion and sealing,general quality characteristics and other new hot and difficult requirements,vehicle body design should focus on the above.
