摘要
为了提高管道现场焊接质量,保证油气管道运行安全,对国外先进标准有关焊接技术进行了分析研究。结果表明,国外著名油公司在油气管道焊接方法、材料、强度匹配、工艺参数等方面有严于我国相关标准的规定,值得我们学习和借鉴。建议参考国外先进标准中好的做法,修订完善我国油气管道现场焊接相关标准。
In order to improve the field welding quality and ensure the safety of oil and gas pipeline operation,the welding technology in foreign advanced standards has been studied and analyzed.The results show that the famous foreign oil companies have strict regulations on welding methods,materials,strength matching,process parameters and other aspects of oil and gas pipelines,which are worthy of learning and referencing.It is suggested that we should refer to the good practices of foreign advanced standards and revise&improve the relevant standards of oil and gas pipeline field welding in China.
