摘要 为应对石油天然气管线复杂的服役环境,基于应力的管线设计方法已难以满足需求,国际上逐步提出了基于应变的管线设计方法并应用于管线建设。介绍了国内外管线环焊接头拉伸应变容量的研究现状,并讨论比较了近20年国际上发展较快、应用较广的几个模型,对基于应变管线的设计及缺陷评估工作提供参考,同时对今后拉伸应变容量模型需要解决的问题进行展望。 In order to cope with the complex service environment of the oil&gas pipeline,the stress-based designed pipeline was difficult to fit for the demand.Therefore the strain-based design method was gradually proposed and applied to pipeline construction.In this paper,the research status and the development of tensile strain capacity(TSC)models for girth weld joint in domestic and overseas were introduced.Several popular models in recent 20 years were discussed and compared for providing a reference for the design and defect assessment of the strain-based pipeline in domestic.In addition,the tensile strain capacity model problems needed to be solved in the future were discussed.
