原油储罐底板声发射在线检测及验证 被引量:2

On-line Detection and Verification of the Bottom Plate Corrosion Condition of Crude Oil Storage Tanks Based on Acoustic Emission Method

摘要 原油储罐主要采用开罐方式进行检修以明确储罐底板的腐蚀状况,开罐检修需要停产、倒罐、清罐、置换,不仅影响正常生产,费时费力,还存在污染环境的可能性,因此,开展在线检测意义重大。采用在线声发射检测评价原油储罐底板的腐蚀状况,并结合开罐漏磁结果进行验证,研究声发射技术的适用性。结果表明:储罐底板局部腐蚀程度与声发射检测的事件定位统计相关程度较高,与撞击统计相关程度较低;储罐底板实际腐蚀情况较声发射在线检测评价结果严重,建议对含油泥原油储罐评价结果应进行修正。 Crude oil storage tanks are mainly opened and overhauled to determine the corrosion status of the bottom plate of the storage tank.Opening and overhauling needs to stop production,dumping,cleaning,and replacing oil,which not only affects normal production,takes time and effort,but also has the possibility of polluting the environment.It is of great significance to carry out online testing.In this study,online acoustic emission detection was used to evaluate the corrosion status of the bottom plate of crude oil storage tank,and combined with the results of magnetic leakage test to verify the applicability by acoustic emission technology.The results show that the degree of local corrosion on the bottom of the storage tank is highly correlated with the event location statistics of acoustic emission detection,and is less related to the hits statistics.The actual corrosion of the bottom of the storage tank is more serious than the results of the online detection and evaluation by acoustic emission.It is suggested that the tank evaluation results should be revised.
