摘要 油气管道随着服役时间的增加,由腐蚀引起的管道穿孔和断裂等事故隐患加大,因此,对腐蚀管道进行可靠性评价具有重要作用。针对代表大泄漏的最大极限状态和代表小泄漏的泄漏极限状态,根据压力、直径、产品、人口密度和环境敏感性所决定的预期失效后果的严重程度,使用安全等级系统来表征管道。根据评价准则的三个要素,对结果的准确性和一致性进行评价。还研究了基于特征和截面的评定方法,分析并评价了两种方法的适用性,对基于可靠性腐蚀评价准则的制定有指导意义。 As the service time of oil and gas pipelines increases,pipeline perforation,fracture and other potential accidents caused by corrosion increase.Therefore,reliability evaluation of corroded pipelines plays an important role.In this paper,for the ultimate limit state of large leakage and the leakage limit state of small leakage,a safety class system is used to characterize pipelines based on the anticipated severity of failure consequences as determined by pressure,diameter,product,population density and environmental sensitivity.According to the three elements of the evaluation criteria,the accuracy and consistency of the results are evaluated.The feature-based method and area-based method are also studied,and the applicability of the two methods is analyzed and evaluated.It has important significance to the establishment of reliability corrosion evaluation criterion.
