摘要 随着油田开发时间的增长,井筒完整性引起的问题对环境和经济带来重大损失。为了提升井筒完整性检测的响应能力,介绍了一种具有特定的增强声学特征的智能固井水泥,这种声学特征可以利用传统的声波测井工具和新一代超声波测井工具检测获取。这种声学响应式智能水泥采用专门设计的颗粒填料作为声波带隙滤波器和特定频率的对比剂。通过对测量到的声学特征进行分析,可以确定水泥的机械完整性以及水泥所承受的机械应力。这种声学响应式智能水泥在检测和降低与水泥相关的井筒完整性风险方面具有重要价值。 With the increase of oilfield exploitation time,the problems caused by well integrity have brought great losses to environment and economy.In order to improve the response of well integrity logging,this paper describes the development of a type of smart well cement with specific enhanced acoustic signatures that can be detected by traditional sonic logging tools as well as next generation ultrasonic tools.This smart acoustically responsive cement utilizes specially engineered particle fillers that act as acoustic band gap filters and contrast agents at specific frequencies.The resultant acoustic signature can thus be analyzed to determine the mechanical integrity of the cement as well as the mechanical stress experienced by the cement.The smart acoustically responsive cement is particularly valuable for detecting and reducing cement-related well integrity risks.
