摘要
本文采用问卷法考察293名大学生坚毅性人格与学业表现的关系。结果表明,坚毅性人格中的坚持努力维度与大学生学业表现有显著的正向相关,兴趣一致维度与大学生学业表现没有显著相关性;坚毅性人格与学生性别、民族、生源地、文理科、高考成绩等一起建立的线性回归模型对学生第一学年平均学分绩点具有21.5%的解释效应。
A questionnaire was used to investigate the relationship between indomitability and academic performance of 293 college students.The results show that the perseverance of indomitability has significant positive correlation with college students'academic performance,while the consistent interests has no significant correlation with that.The linear regression model,established by indomitability as well as gender,nationality,origin,arts and sciences,and college entrance examination scores of students,has an explanation effect of 21.5%on the General Point Average(GPA)of the students in the first academic year.
