西藏高校藏族大学生创业意向及其影响因素研究

A Survey of the Tibetan Students'Entrepreneurial Intention and Its Influencing Factors in Tibetan Colleges and Universities

加强创业教育,成为新时代西藏高校人才培养的重要责任。通过发放问卷,对西藏高校112名藏族大学生创业意向及其影响因素进行调查,结果表明有一定创业意向的藏族大学生已经达到约三分之二;不同年级藏族大学生在是否愿意创业方面差异显著;在创业地点选择上更倾向于回西藏,并且在市级及以上城市;创业行业更多集中在销售领域;个人兴趣、家长意见对大学生创业意向的影响最大,其次是缺乏资金和缺乏对就业创业的了解,女生比男生不但更注重个人兴趣爱好,而且更注重现实因素;大学生对创业政策和大学生创业活动的了解或参与太少。

Strengthening entrepreneurship education has become an important responsibility of talent training in Tibetan colleges and universities in the new era.Through the questionnaire,112 Tibetan university students'entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors were investigated.The results show that there are about two-thirds of Tibetan university students with certain entrepreneurial intention;students of different grades are significantly different in their willingness to start business;they prefer to go back to Tibet when choosing places of starting business,especially at the municipal level and above;the entrepreneurial industry is concentrated on sales;personal interests and parents'opinions have the greatest impact on students'entrepreneurial intention,followed by a lack of funds and understanding of employment and entrepreneurship.Considering this aspect,girls pay more attention to personal interests than boys do,while boys focus more on practical factors.The last result is that students have too little understanding of entrepreneurial policies or seldom participate in relevant activities.
