期待效应视域下院校思想政治理论课的改革创新研究

Research on the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Expectancy Effect

在教学中合理运用期待效应,对于增加学生的学习动力,帮助学生成功和个人成才都具有积极的影响。本文结合期待效应的理论,从高职院校思想政治理论课的现状切入,论述期待效应的实施原则以及对高职院校思想政治理论课改革的影响,并进一步提出应用策略,希望对于高职院校思想政治教学提供一定的参考价值。

Reasonable application of the expectancy effect in teaching has a positive impact on increasing students'learning motivation and helping students succeed and reach their prime.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of the expectancy effect,we start with the current situation of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,discuss the principles of implementing the expectancy effect and its impact on the reform of ideological and political theory courses,and further propose strategies on the application of such effect,hoping to provide some references for ideological and political teaching in those colleges.
