摘要
通过对近三十年来内蒙古自治区医疗服务价格政策演变及调整过程的研究,存在医疗价格继续调整的空间有限;各级别医疗机构“粗放式”定价政策;“统升统降”粗放式调整等问题,本文对完善医疗服务价格动态调整机制提出建立精细化的定价政策;加强各相关部门间协同;健全信息化数据监测平台等对策建议。
Based on the research on the evolution and adjustment of the pricing policies for medical services in the past 30 years,the existing problems are analyzed,including limited room for further adjustment of medical prices,the extensive pricing policy of medical institutions at all levels,and extensive adjustment of"unified raising and lowering of prices".Therefore,countermeasures are proposed to improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service prices,which are:to establish a refined pricing policy for improving the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service prices,to strengthen coordination among relevant departments,to perfect the information data monitoring platform,etc.
