摘要
本文叙述了在湿式红土镍矿洗矿试验中,影响圆筒洗矿机洗矿效果的相关因素,提出了调整圆筒洗矿机尾部筛网尺寸、增加冲洗水压力及水量、调整筒体提升板高度、调整设备尾部挡板高度及挡板安装方向、改变洗矿机转速等改进措施,成功的解决了洗矿砾石含泥矿较多的问题,提高了洗矿效果,为项目圆筒洗矿机的设备设计提供了坚实的数据支撑。
This paper describes the relevant factors that affect the washing effect of the drum washer in the wet laterite nickel ore washing test,and puts forward the improvement measures such as adjusting the screen size at the tail of the drum washer,increasing the spray water pressure and flowreate,adjusting the height of the lifting plate of the drum,adjusting the height and direction of the tail baffle plate,and changing the rotary speed of the washer,etc.,which successfully made the drum washer suit for the problem of much mud bearing on the gravel,improved the ore washing effect and provided solid data support for the equipment design of the drum washer for the project.
