摘要
将全寿命周期成本法运用于物资采购,在有色行业并不多见。本文将理论与实践结合,在建立了适合于有色行业的全寿命周期成本法模型的基础上,将理论再次回归实践,用于指导节能水泵采购,取得了良好的综合效益。
The LCC used in purchasing,which is rare in nonferrous industry.This paper combined theory and practice to guide the procurement of energy-saving pump,which has achieved great success.
