新零售下城市生鲜的末端配送可靠性评价研究

Research on Reliability Evaluation of End Distribution of Urban Fresh Products under New Retail

城市生鲜产品的末端配送可靠性在新零售商业模式下显得格外重要。文中通过文献梳理,根据新零售的特点和软集合理论构建了评价新零售下城市生鲜的末端配送可靠性指标体系,并基于模糊双射软集合理论设计了在新零售模式下适用的城市生鲜末端配送可靠性评价方法。结合实例分析,验证了文中设计的方法能够合理地对城市生鲜末端配送可靠性进行评价分析,得到了城市生鲜末端配送可靠性的关键影响因素及其权重。研究结果对新零售下生鲜企业和物流配送企业增强企业核心竞争力、提升物流服务质量提供了新的决策依据。

The reliability of end distribution of urban fresh products is particularly important in the new retail business model.Through literature review,this paper constructed the reliability index system of end distribution for evaluating urban fresh products under new retail based on the characteristics of new retail and the soft set theory,and designed the reliability evaluation method of end distribution for urban fresh products under new retail mode based on the fuzzy bijection soft set theory.Combined with example analysis,it was verified that the method designed in this paper can reasonably evaluate and analyze the reliability of urban fresh end distribution,and the key factors influencing the reliability of urban fresh end distribution and their weights are obtained.The research results provided a new basis for fresh food enterprises and logistics distribution enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and improve the quality of logistics services.
