智慧化钢铁物流园区现状研究--以钢晨物流园为例

Research on the Current Situation of Intelligent Steel Logistics Park--Gangchen Logistics Park as an Example

随着经济的快速发展和大数据时代的来临,钢铁物流园区的发展转型被提上了日程,企业内部的运行效率成为衡量一个钢铁企业经济效益的重要指标。文中通过运用SWOT方法对钢晨物流园进行分析和研究,针对企业内部战略规划领域所存在的空白,提出构建电商信息化平台、仓储系统平台优化和商业模式革新等有效的应对措施和方法,实现物流园区的智慧化。

With the rapid development of economy and the advent of big data era,the development and transformation of steel logistics park has been put on the agenda.The internal operation efficiency of an enterprise has become an important indicator to measure the economic benefits of an iron and steel enterprise.In this paper,SWOT method is used to analyze and study the Gangchen logistics park,aiming at the gaps in the field of internal strategic planning of enterprises,effective measures and methods are proposed to realize the wisdom of logistic park.For example,build e-commerce information platform,storage system platform optimization and business model innovation.
