摘要
随着互联网+供应链改革的不断深化,新零售形势下的社区生鲜行业竞争日趋激烈,传统的生鲜配送模式已无法满足行业竞争需要。文中从顾客需求端出发,通过社区生鲜的需求信息采集管理与GM(1,1)灰色预测模型构建,对长沙市社区生鲜的数据进行仿真分析,然后进一步建立DRP配送需求计划模型,优化社区生鲜产品的配送服务体系,相关结果为社区生鲜配送优化提供指导。
with the deepening of the Internet+supply chain reform,the community fresh food industry under the new retail situation is facing increasingly fierce competitive,and the traditional fresh food distribution mode has been unable to meet the needs of industry competition.This article embarks from the customer demand,through community fresh demand information collection and management and to build the GM(1,1)grey forecasting model,simulation analysis was carried out on the raw data in Changsha city community,and then further DRP distribution requirement planning model is set up,optimize the community fresh products distribution service system,the related results provide guidance for community fresh distribution optimization.
