摘要
我国的跨境电商行业正处于高速发展时期,但与之相对应的跨境电商物流却无法跟上步伐,从而暴露了一系列问题。在跨境电商物流的配送过程中,运输周期过长、运输成本太高、退换货难以实现、物流信息化程度低、包裹质量难以保证等问题严重影响了跨境网购消费者的购物体验和产品满意度。针对上述难点,为提高我国跨境电商物流行业的服务质量和水平,文中从建立海外仓、建立电商企业物流战略联盟和加强跨境物流的预测及监控方面来探索对策和建议。
China's cross-border e-commerce industry is in a period of rapid development,but the corresponding cross-border e-commerce logistics cannot keep up with the pace,thus exposing a series of problems.In the process of cross-border e-commerce logistics,problems such as long transportation cycle,high transportation cost,difficult to return and replace goods,low level of logistics informatization,and difficult to guarantee the package quality have seriously affected the shopping experience and product satisfaction of cross-border online shoppers.In view of the above problems,in order to improve the service quality and level of China's cross-border e-commerce logistics industry,this paper explores the countermeasures and Suggestions from the establishment of overseas warehouse,the establishment of e-commerce enterprise logistics strategic alliance and the strengthening of cross-border logistics prediction and monitoring.
