邮轮企业作为世界邮轮旅游市场的主体,随着世界经济和国际旅游的发展,其地位和服务日益受到关注。邮轮企业的主要经营方式之一就是持续不断的全球并购扩张以提升并巩固其在邮轮市场的地位。文中按照时间序列将邮轮企业的并购风险分为并购前、并购中与并购后风险,并根据邮轮企业的特点对其并购风险提出防范对策。

With the development of world economy and international tourism,the status and services of cruise companies,as the main part of the world cruise tourism market,are increasingly concerned by people.One of the main operating methods of cruise companies is continuous global m&a expansion to enhance and consolidate their position in the cruise market.According to the time series,this paper divides the merger risk of cruise companies into pre-merger,in-merger and post-merger risk,and puts forward countermeasures against the merger risk according to the characteristics of cruise companies.
