可循环外卖餐盒的配送回收方案设计与商家选择分析

随着外卖行业在国内的兴起,一贯使用的塑料餐盒污染问题引起国家的高度重视,然而商家的经营形式多样化,经营情况参差不齐,可循环外卖餐盒带来的各项成本问题也尚无定论,因此商家们对于可循环外卖餐盒也各持已见。为了更好地推广可循环外卖餐盒,文中设计了四种针对外卖商家的餐盒回收与配送方案,并以商家为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式了解商家们对这一行动的态度,通过数据分析得出结论,对推广可循环外卖餐盒这一措施予以肯定。

With the rise of take-out food industry in China,the pollution problem of plastic lunch box which has always been used has attracted great attention of the country.However,the business forms of the businesses are diversified,the business situation is uneven,and the cost caused by the recyclable takeout lunch box have not been determined yet,so the businesses have their own views on it.In order to better promote the recyclable takeout boxes,this paper designs four kinds of plans for the takeout merchants to recycle and distribute the boxes,and takes the merchants as the survey object,through the form of questionnaire to understand the attitude of the merchants towards this action,through the data analysis to draw a conclusion,to promote the recyclable takeout boxes this measure to be affirmed.
