产业链视域下养老产业优化路径研究

Research on the Optimization of Pension Industry Based on the Whole Industrial Chain

构建养老产业链是促进养老产业模式创新和资源整合的重要途径。我国人口老龄化问题日趋严重,老年人口体量巨大,构建养老产业链有利于缓解我国人口老龄化带来的压力。但目前我国养老产业链缺乏政府顶层设计、产业链横向融合发展程度较低、产业链纵向整合集聚度低、养老产业链尚未有效延伸。针对现状及问题分析提出重视养老产业链的政府顶层设计、实现养老产业链的横向协同发展和纵向整合的链条化发展、优化养老产业资源配置实现价值链延伸等策略建议。

The establishment of pension industrial chain is a critical way to boost the innovation of pension industry and the integration of resources.With the increasing number of the older,pension industrial chain is favorable to relieve stress bought by the aging population.However,we are faced with several problem,such as the lack of governmental top-design,the low degree of extension of industrial chain in horizontal and vertical aspect.To solve the problem mentioned,this paper puts forward that top-level design of government,the extension of pension industrial chain and the optimal allocation of resources should be attached great importance.
