高职物流专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents of Logistics Major in Higher Vocational Education

现代学徒制是教育部于2014年提出的一种人才培养模式,强调学校和企业的深度合作,由学校教师和企业师傅联合执教,着重培养学生的技能,实现专业设置与产业需求对接,课程内容与职业标准对接,教学过程与生产过程对接,毕业证书与职业资格证书对接,职业教育与终身学习对接。文中结合武汉商贸职业学院物流管理专业近几年在现代学徒制人才培养模式方面所做的努力,对高职物流专业现代学徒制人才培养的意义、实施的关键点和实施的具体措施等方面进行分析和研究。

Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode proposed by the Ministry of education in 2014.It emphasizes the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.It is jointly taught by school teachers and enterprise masters.It focuses on the cultivation of students'skills,the docking of professional setting and industrial demand,the docking of curriculum content and professional standards,the docking of teaching process and production process,the docking of graduation certificate and professional qualification certificate Vocational education and lifelong learning.This paper analyzes and studies the significance,key points and specific measures of modern apprenticeship personnel training of logistics major in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the efforts of logistics management major in recent years in modern apprenticeship personnel training mode.
