摘要
"医养结合"是一种集医疗、照料、护理于一体的新型养老模式。在我国老龄化严重的背景下,推行"医养结合"具有重要的现实意义。对我国"医养结合"近年的相关研究进行汇总和梳理,总结和探讨了我国推行"医养结合"的典型模式。首先,对各种"医养结合"的典型模式进行介绍,讨论各种模式的特点和开展"医养结合"的优势。然后,从医疗机构、养老机构以及外部环境3个角度探讨各种典型模式存在的问题。最后,针对存在的问题讨论相应的对策建议。
The "combination of medical care and pension"(CMCP) is a kind of new pension mode which combines the services of medical care, heath care and nursing. The carrying out of CMCP in China is of great practical values under the background of severe aging. This paper summarizes the recent research on CMCP in China and discusses typical CMCP modes in China. Firstly, we introduce every kind of typical CMCP modes and discuss their characteristics and advantages.Secondly, we discuss the existing problems of the typical CMCP modes in the aspects of medical institutions, pension institutions and external environments. Finally, we give targeted suggestions on the existing problems.
