Australian Marine Industry Development Strategy and Its Enlightenment to China

近年来,随着经济的发展和人口的增多,陆地资源被过度开发,导致世界范围内陆地资源紧缺,因此蓝色海洋的开发利用越来越受到人们的广泛关注。由于先天的地理优势,澳大利亚的海洋产业发展较早,澳政府通过海洋经济政策引导海洋产业的发展,并协同生态保护的理念,率先进入可持续发展的海洋产业模式;因此,本文介绍了澳大利亚海洋产业的发展概况及澳大利亚主要的海洋产业类型,并分析了其海洋产业先进的发展战略,在此基础上提出了对中国的启示,以期对我国未来海洋经济的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Recent years, with the development of economy and the increase of population, the land resources are over-exploited, result in a worldwide shortage of land resources. Therefore, the development and utilization of the blue ocean has been attracted.Due to the natural geographical advantages, Australia is the first country to adopt marine economic policies to guide the marine development, accompanied with ecological protection concept, which lead the sustainable development of marine industry pattern. This paper introduces the general situation of the development of Australian marine industry, the main marine industry types in Australia and the enlightenment to China, then analyzes the advanced development strategy of its marine industry, on the basis of this, it puts forward the enlightenment to China, hoping to have some reference significance for the future development of China’s marine economy..
