摘要 在知识经济时代,图书馆开展基于个人知识管理的知识服务符合图书馆关于知识中心、学习中心的使命定位。结合济宁市图书馆"知识部落"服务平台实践,指出图书馆开展基于个人知识管理理念的用户服务,能够提升服务水平和馆员职业素养,可以在知识检索发现、知识情景和交流平台的创建以及提高知识管理意识和技能等方面为用户提供帮助,可以从发掘服务用户、发掘知识资源、创新服务形式3个方面开展用户服务工作。 In the era of knowledge economy,the development of knowledge service based on personal knowledge management accords with the library’s mission of knowledge center and learning center.Based on the practice of Jining Library’s"knowledge tribe"service platform,this paper points out that the development of user services based on the concept of personal knowledge management in the library can improve the service level and librarians’professional quality,and can help users in the aspects of knowledge retrieval discovery,creation of knowledge scenario and communication platform,and help users improve their knowledge management awareness and skills can carry out the user service work from three aspects:discovering service users,discovering knowledge resources and innovating service forms.
