The infiltration of subject teaching into mental health education has become one of the important forms of school mental health education.The coexistence of comprehensive and regional characteristics of geography provides the possibility for the infiltration of mental health education.This paper expounds the importance of infiltration of mental health education in geography teaching,and puts forward corresponding infiltration strategies according to the content characteristics of high school geography teaching materials,so as to cultivate students'good psychological quality and realize the overall and harmonious development of students'body and mind.
