三种单侧甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的疗效比较

Comparison of efficacy of three kinds of unilateral thyroidectomy in treatment of thyroid tumor

目的:比较甲状腺腺瘤采取三种单侧甲状腺切除术的疗效。方法:选择2017年4月—2019年3月住院手术治疗的甲状腺腺瘤患者96例,根据随机数表法分为次全切组、全切组、腔镜组,每组32例。次全切组采用甲状腺腺瘤次全切除术,全切组采用甲状腺腺瘤全切术,腔镜组采用经腋窝入路单孔腔镜手术。对比三组临床指标、术后并发症发生率。结果:手术时间腔镜组>全切组>次全切组,术中出血量、住院时间腔镜组<次全切组<全切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经腋窝入路单孔腔镜手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤具有较好效果,可改善临床指标,减少并发症的发生,利于患者恢复,安全可靠。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of three kinds of unilateral thyroidectomy in treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods:All 96 patients with thyroid tumor who underwent surgery in the hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and they were divided into subtotal thyroidectomy group,total thyroidectomy group and laparoscopic group according to random number table,with 32 cases in each group.Subtotal thyroidectomy group was given subtotal thyroidectomy,total thyroidectomy group underwent total thyroidectomy,and laparoscopic group was treated with axillary approach of single-port laparoscopy.The clinical indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared among three groups.Results:The operation time of laparoscopic group was longer than that of total thyroidectomy group and subtotal thyroidectomy group,the intraoperative bleeding volume and hospital stays of laparoscopic group were less than those of total thyroidectomy group and subtotal thyroidectomy group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of postoperative complications among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Axillary approach of single-port laparoscopy in treatment of thyriod tumor has better effects,it can improve clinical indexes,reduce complications and promote recovery,which is safe and reliable.
