摘要 目的:通过对2017年太原市红十字血液中心质控实验室参加的血液成分细菌检测项目的检测结果进行回顾性分析,旨在提高中心质控实验室对血液标本中细菌的检出能力。方法:对中国国际输血感染预防与控制项目组(CITIC)统一发放的30份样品进行无菌实验,将检测结果与回报结果进行对比分析。结果:18种血液成分细菌检测样品中,10 cfu/mL的黑曲霉、30 cfu/mL的大肠埃希菌未检出;100 cfu/mL金黄色葡萄球菌检测时间与参考检测时间均值相差在1%以内;30 cfu/mL白色念珠菌可检出,但检出时间超出参考检测时间范围,其余样品均在参考检测时间范围之内。结论:无菌检测实验从接收标本到数据录入的全过程均应严格规范操作,避免因标本质量及操作不规范等问题造成样品的假阳性和假阴性结果。 Objective:To summarize and analyze the results obtained from external quality assessment of blood component bacteria detection in blood banks in 2017,and to improve the performance of bacterial detection in the quality control laboratory of Blood Center of Taiyuan.Methods:The 30 samples of external quality assessment were tested and the results were reported.The results of our laboratory were compared with the expected results.Results:Among the 18 samples tested,10 cfu/mL of aspergillus niger and 30 cfu/mL of escherichia coli were not detected in our laboratory.The difference between the detection time of 100 cfu/mL Staphylococcus aureus and the mean of expected times is with 1%.The detection time of 30 cfu/mL candida albicans was more than the range of expected times,and other samples were within the range of expected times.Conclusion:In the process of receiving sample to entering data,aseptic test should be operated strictly and normalized.
