李家峡水电站泄水道缺陷修复处理 被引量:2

摘要 李家峡水电站上游来水丰富,汛期泄水历时长,泄水量大,运投多年后出现泄水道底板、边墙多处冲蚀破坏。针对泄水道缺陷原因和修复施工效果的评析,优化选择了微膨胀防裂硅粉混凝土、环氧砂浆和胶泥等修复材料。根据修复后泄水道运行情况,表明本工程选择的泄水道缺陷修复方案、材料及施工工艺可在高海拔、高水头、高流速的类似工程中推广应用。 The upstream of Lijiaxia hydropower station has abundant incoming water,which lasts for a long time in flood season and has a large amount of discharged water.After many years of operation,the base plate and flank wall of the spillway have been spoiled at multiple locations.Based on the analysis of the cause of the defect of the spillway and the repairing effect,the repairing materials such as micro-expansion silicon powder concrete,epoxy mortar and cement were optimized and selected.According to the operation of spillway after restoration,the defect repair scheme,materials and construction technology can be popularized and applied in similar projects with high altitude,high water-head and high velocity.
