摘要
将松针使用95%的乙醇提取,通过硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20色谱方法分离化合物,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。采用MTT法,对化合物进行体外抑制癌细胞增殖的活性筛选,从五针松松针中分离得到8种化合物,化合物染料木黄酮、木栓酮和刺五加酮对胃癌细胞增殖具有一定的抑制作用。
The 95%ethanol was used to extract pine needles.The compounds were separated by silica gel,RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.The structure of the compounds was identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data.MTT method was used to screen the compounds for inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro,and 8 compounds were isolated from the five-needle pine needles.
