摘要
采用高效液相色谱分析法,HLB柱富集,MAX柱过滤,排除基质干扰,气相色谱-质谱完成多组分分析。大环内酯浓度范围<127.8 ng/L,四环素浓度范围<102.4 ng/L,抗生素排放口和靠近养殖场的水域污染更严重。关于抗生素对环境微生物的影响显示,大肠杆菌对大环内酯和四环素耐药发生率分别为7.1%~59.7%和5.6%~34.1%,铜绿假单胞菌对大环内酯和四环素耐药发生率分别为72%~44.9%和6.7%~33.8%,抗生素的使用造成浉河区微生物产生抗药性。
The multi-component analysis was completed by using High-performance liquid chromatography analysis,HLB column enrichment,Max Column Filtration,exclusion of Matrix interference and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The concentration range of Macrolide was 127.8 ng/L,and the concentration range of tetracycline was 102.4 ng/l.The incidence of resistance to Macrolide and tetracycline was 7.1%~59.7%and 5.6%~34.1%,respectively,the rates of resistance to Macrolide and tetracycline were 72%~44.9%and 6.7%~33.8%,respectively.The use of antibiotics resulted in resistance of microorganisms in Shihe District.
