二化地区一化性柞蚕新品种辽四的选育 被引量:3

Breeding of A New Univoltine Tussah Variety Liaosi in Bivoltine Area

摘要 为改良二化地区一化性柞蚕品种并取代现有的二化一放品种,辽宁省蚕业科学研究所以春滞育的二化性大型茧品种9906的雄性个体与稳定的一化性当家品种四青杂交创造材料,历时11年育成了柞蚕二化地区一化性新品种辽四。新品种属青黄蚕血统,一化性,4眠,春养辽四的平均产卵量、千粒茧质量、克卵收茧量、收蚁结茧率分别比对照高12.29%、9.64%、33.97%和20.79%,早秋养辽四的平均产卵量、千粒茧质量、克卵收茧量、收蚁结茧率分别比对照高15.24%、10%、42.75%和24.88%。在缫丝试验中,辽四解舒率比对照四青高16.20%,解舒丝长比对照长74.10 m,生丝公量比对照高2.14 g,回收率比对照高6.93个百分点。在新品种繁育试验中,单蛾收茧数分别平均增产19.10%,千粒茧质量比对照高12.61%。综上所述,辽四具有化性稳定、强健性好、高产、稳产等优点,是适合于二化地区放养的一化性柞蚕品种。 To replace the bivoltine varieties and improve the univoltine varieties in bivoltine area,the diapausing male bivoltine large cocoon variety 9906 in spring and univoltine variety Siqing were used as parents,a new univoltine tussah variety Liaosi in bivoltine area was bred after 11 years.The new variety is of green-yellow silkworm strain and is univoltine with four molter features.Compared with control variety,average egg laying amount,the thousand-cocoon weight,cocoon yield per gram of eggs and cocooning rate of newly hatched larvae of Liaosi increased by 12.29%,9.64%,33.97%and 20.79%respectively in spring and by 15.24%,10%,42.75%and 24.88%respectively in autumn.In silk reeling test,the cocoon reelability of Liaosi increased by 16.20%,the length of non-broken filament was 74.10 m longer,the raw silk weight was 2.14 g higher,and recovery rate was 6.93%higher than Siqing.Variety breeding test showed that cocoon yield per moth and the weight of kilo cocoon were 19.10%and 12.61%higher than that of the control variety respectively.In conclusion,Liaosi is a new univoltine tussah variety with stable voltinism,high and stable productivity,which is suitable for the bivoltine area.
