医药卫生法学专业校外实践教育基地建设所存问题及其优化对策

Problems in the Construction of Off-campus Practice Education Base for Medical and Health Law Majors and Its Optimization Countermeasures

作为新兴的交叉学科专业,我国医药卫生法学专业目前在其校外实践教育基地建设中,尚存在基地范围狭窄、管理制度形式化、专业不对口等问题,基于新时代对于法律人才的要求,开办该专业的高校须和校外实践教育基地联合并扩大基地覆盖范围、建立双务导师制、规范实习管理,以形成适合医药卫生法学专业学生的校外实践人才培养机制。

As an emerging interdisciplinary subject,medical and health law major is currently in the construction of its off-campus practice education base in China,and there are still some problems such as limited choice of practice base,the formalization of management system and incorrect subject,etc.Based on the requirements for legal talents in the new era,the universities that offer this major should combine with the off-campus practice education base and expand the coverage of the base to establish a dual-service tutorial system and standardize practice management,so as to form a training mechanism for off-campus practice talents suitable for medical and health law students.
