Supply chain forecasting is a very important link in the production of battery enterprises,which is directly related to the production efficiency and cost control.The more accurate forecasting means the better the production efficiency and cost control,and vice versa means the lower the production efficiency and the higher the cost.This paper introduces how to combine theory with production practice,effectively apply tools and strategies to improve the accuracy of forecasting.
