我国从业者亲环境行为的内涵、结构与现状——基于双继承理论 被引量:11

摘要 以从业者作为研究对象,从双继承理论的视角深入剖析了从业者亲环境行为的动机。首先,以双继承理论对于工具性动机和规范性动机的解释为基础,提出了从业者亲环境行为的结构类型,并将其划分为工具性亲环境行为(IM-PEB)和规范性亲环境行为(NM-PEB);随后,使用单因素方差分析分别研究了从业者亲环境行为的两个维度在人口统计变量和组织变量上的差异;最后,研究了人口统计变量和组织变量对于从业者亲环境行为的交叉影响。研究结果显示,IM-PEB得分较低的从业者主要分布在中青年员工、私营企业员工和中层管理者;NM-PEB得分较低的员工主要分布在未婚员工、35岁以下员工、月收入较低以及中层管理人员。对于了解从业者采取亲环境行为的动机,改善从业者亲环境行为现状具有显著意义。 This paper takes practitioners as the research object,and deeply analyzes the motivation of practitioners'pro-environment behavior(PEB)from the perspective of dual-inheritance theory.Firstly,based on the interpretation of instrumental motivation and normative motivation by dual-inheritance theory,the structure of practitioners'PEB is proposed,which is divided into instrumental motivationPEB and normative motivation PEB.Then,the effects of demographic variables and organizational variables on practitioners'PEB and its dimensions were investigated using a one-way ANOVA.Finally,the cross-influence of demographic variables and organizational variables on the PEB of practitioners is studied.The results showed that the practitioners with low scores of instrumental PEB were mainly young and middle-aged employees,employees of private enterprises and middle management.Practitioners with low scores of normative PEB were mainly unmarried employees,employees under the age of 35,employees with low monthly income and middle management.This study is significant for understanding the motivation and improving the status quo of practitioners'pro-environment behaviors.
