摘要
农林院校大学生基层就业率低,基层人才流失严重,是目前制约我国农业、农村现代化发展的重要问题.其原因主要包括:基层条件艰苦且各项保障不足;农林高校人才培养与基层需求脱节;基层大学生缺少“归属感”;“轻农”思想影响学生择业观;大学生基层角色边缘化,自我价值难以实现.为此要着手提高基层大学生工资水平并完善基层各项保障;推动农林院校人才培养模式改革;同时重视对大学生的人文关怀,培养其基层归属感;加强对公众意识的正面引导;强化大学生基层话语权,为其创造干事创业舞台.逐步提高大学生基层就业率,为我国农业现代化发展提供强有力的人才支撑.
At present,the low employment rate and serious outflow of agricultural and forestry graduates are important problems restricting the development of agricultural and rural modernization in China.The main reasons include the hard conditions of the grass-roots with insufficient guarantees,the disconnection between the cultivation of talents and the needs of the grass roots,students'loss of the sense of belonging,students'views of choosing jobs due to despising agriculture,and the role marginalization with difficult realization of self-value.Therefore,it is needed to raise the salaries and improve the various guarantees at the grass-roots,promote the reform of talent training mode in agricultural and forestry schools,pay attention to the humanistic care of students and cultivate their sense of belonging,strengthen the positive guidance of public awareness,strengthen the discourse right of students and create a stage for their entrepreneurship,and gradually improve the employment rate to provide strong talent support for the development of agricultural modernization in China.
