摘要
为提升在运换流站阀厅防火封堵系统的安全性能,根据现有规范规定以及换流变压器放电试验数据,研究了封堵结构抗爆设防目标的合理取值,并且提出了在运换流站阀厅防火封堵系统的防火与抗爆加强方案。针对典型在运换流站,利用LSDYNA有限元动力分析软件,分析了加强后的封堵结构在不同爆炸工况下的动力响应过程。研究结果表明,提出的封堵加强方案能有效满足抗爆设防目标的要求,建立的抗爆分析数值模型可以指导换流站阀厅防火封堵结构设计。
In order to improve the safety performance of the fire stop system of the existing converter station valve hall,the reasonable value of the blast fortification target of the fire stop structure was researched according to the existing specifications and the discharge test data of the converter transformer.And then a fireproof and blast resistant strengthening scheme was proposed.For a typical converter station,the dynamic response process under different explosion conditions was further analyzed by LS-DYNA.The results showed that the strengthening scheme proposed in this paper can effectively meet the requirements of blast fortification targets,and the established numerical model for blast resistance analysis can guide the design of the fire stop structure of the converter station valve hall.
