摘要
提出了一种新型的非线性行为建模方法用于建模并发双波段射频功放的非线性,该建模方法采用分离采样法,能够精确描述子波段1和子波段2为不同信号时并发双波段功放的强非线性,同时还能大大降低对高速模数转换器(ADC)采样速率的要求.本文采用子波段1为1001 CDMA2000,子波段2为单载波WCDMA信号作为测试信号,使用输出峰值功率为47 dBm的LDMOS射频功放作为测试功放进行模型有效性验证.实验结果表明,子波段分离的并发双波段射频功放非线性行为建模方法与传统方法相比,在保证建模能力的同时,能够大大降低对ADC采样率的要求.
A new kind of nonlinear behavior modeling method is proposed to effectively model the strong nonlinearity of Concurrent Dual-band RF Power Amplifiers(CD-RFPA)in this paper,which adopts the separating sampling method.The new method not only can effectively model the nonlinearity of CD-RFPA for different sub-band 1 and sub-band 2 signal,but also can greatly reduce the requirement of high-speed ADC sampling rate.In this paper,sub-band 1 is 1001 CDMA2000,sub-band 2 is a single-carrier,WCDMA signal is the test signal,and LDMOS RF amplifier designed with the peak power of 47 dBm is utilized as the test power amplifier to do the modeling experiment.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed modeling method can not only guarantee the modeling capability,but also greatly reduce the requirement of ADC sampling rate.
