原发性闭角型青光眼患者房水和血浆β-内啡肽的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究正常人眼内各组织β-内啡肽含量的变化,并比较分析原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)患者高眼压状态时房水和血浆β-内啡肽含量与年龄相关性白内障患者是否有区别,从而探讨人眼房水、血浆β-内啡肽含量与PACG的关系。方法应用放射免疫技术测定16只正常新鲜离体人眼球的虹膜、睫状体、脉络膜、玻璃体、视网膜中β-内啡肽的含量。同时测定了10例(10只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者、10例PACG急性发作期患者房水及血浆中β-内啡肽的含量,房水β-内啡肽含量采用放射免疫法测定,血浆β-内啡肽含量采用酶联免疫技术测定。结果(1)正常新鲜离体人眼的虹膜、睫状体、脉络膜、玻璃体、视网膜中β-内啡肽的含量分别为(143.33±21.12)、(81.37±13.05)、(84.36±12.64)、(36.67±6.42)、(87.35±16.34)pg/ml。(2)房水β-内啡肽含量:白内障组为(173.20±21.31)pg/ml,PACG组为(106.69±14.07)pg/ml,PACG组明显低于白内障组(t=2.254,P<0.05);血浆中β-内啡肽的含量:白内障组为(14.98±4.02)ng/ml,PACG组为(10.22±3.20)ng/ml,白内障组明显高于PACG组(t=-2.271,P<0.05)。结论正常人眼内葡萄膜、玻璃体及视网膜组织中均含有β-内啡肽。高眼压状态下PACG患者血浆和房水β-内啡肽浓度较正常人、白内障人群低,说明β-内啡肽可能是青光眼发病机制和眼压调控机制中的一个重要环节。 Objective To study the concentrations ofβ-endorphin in healthy human eyes,and the difference of the concentration ofβ-endorphin in aqueous humor of human eyes and in plasma between the age-related cataract patients and the patients with PACG who were in acute high IOP stage.Methodsβ-endorphin concentrations were detected with radio-immunoreaction in iris,ciliary,choroid,vitrous and retina of 16 human eyes and that in aqueous humour of 10 age-related cataract patients(control eye)and 10 patients with PACG who were in acute high IOP stage;β-endorphin concentrations were detected with euzymelinked immunosorbent assay in plasma of 10 age-related cataract patients(control eye)and 10 patients with PACG who were in acut high IOP stage.Results Immunoreactiveβ-endorphin was detected in uvea,vitrous and retina.β-endorphin concentration in iris,ciliary,choroid,vitrous and retina were 143.33±21.12 pg/ml,81.37±13.05 pg/ml,84.36±12.64 pg/ml、36.67±6.42 pg/ml and 87.35±16.34 pg/ml,respectively.The concentration in aqueous humour of cataract group,PACG group were 173.20±21.31 pg/ml,106.69±14.07 pg/ml,respectively.The meanβ-endorphin concentration in PACG group was significantly lower than that in cataract group(t=2.254,P<0.05).The concentration in plasma of cataract group,PACG group were 14.98±4.02 ng/ml,10.22±3.20 ng/ml,respectively.The meanβ-endorphin concentration in PACG group was significantly lower than in cataract group(t=-2.271,P<0.05).Conclusionβ-endorphin may play an important role in pathological mechanism of PACG.
