摘要 肝脏切除手术是治疗肝脏肿瘤的主要途径,但是术中出血问题一直影响着手术能否顺利进行,而腹腔镜手术中如何控制肝脏出血是一个长期的问题。结合临床实际应用,设计了一款腹腔镜肝门血流阻断装置,通过控制气囊的收缩来阻断血液的流动,实现在手术过程中控制血流的阻断与通畅,有效提高手术的效率。应用ANSYS软件采用四面体非结构网格对流体的通道进行网格划分,在2,4,6,8,10 m/s的流速下,对该装置气囊出口空气流动的方式进行了有限元分析,通过对比速度矢量图可以得到,在气体流速8 m/s的条件下,气体的分布最为平缓,内部气压分布较为均匀,能够最有效地提供气流。 Liver resection is the main way for the treatment of liver tumor, but hemorrhage during operation is always affecting the operation directly. How to control the liver bleeding during laparoscopic surgery is a long-term problem. Combining with the clinical practical application, a laparoscopic portal blood flow blocking device was designed. By controlling the airbag’s contraction and expansion to control the blocking and patency of blood flow during the operation, the efficiency of operation was effectively improved. The fluid channel was divided into tetrahedral meshes by ANSYS.At the speed of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 m/s, a finite element analysis of the air flow at the outlet of the airbag was carried out. By comparing the velocity vectors diagrams, at the speed of 8 m/s, the distribution of gas is the most gentle, the internal pressure distribution is more uniform and the flow can be provided most efficiently.
