社会学与设计学视角下的公共图书馆座位研究

Research on Public Library Seats from the Perspective of Sociology and Design

随着民众物质生活水平的提高,面向读者的人性化服务环境建设逐渐成为公共图书馆的重要任务,作为读者感受最直接的阅览座位,它的设计和排布方法也应贴近各类型读者的需求。文章通过社会学研究中的参与式观察法、设计学研究中的参与式调查等研究方法,以长沙图书馆为例,对读者的座位需求进行研究。公共图书馆应进行读者分类,找到每一类读者的座位需求,匹配相应的座位排布方法和座位设计。

With the improvement of people’ s wellbeing,the construction of humanized service environment for readers has gradually become a primary task of public libraries.The design and arrangement of public library seats should be close to the needs of all types of readers.Taking the case of Changsha City Library,this paper uses the participatory observation method in sociological research,the participatory survey,the persona in design research,and other research methods to classify and summarize the reader’s seat requirements.It proposes that public libraries should classify readers,find the seating needs of each type of reader,and perform seat layout and seat design accordingly.
