摘要
文章对阅读推广界人士展开问卷调查,分析阅读服务人才需求状况。对90个图书情报与档案管理学位点的研究方向、课程设置、师资队伍等进行调查,了解阅读服务人才供给状况。供需对比分析发现,我国存在阅读服务人才需求迫切与专业教育缺乏、复合人才需求与培养内容单一两大矛盾。提出3个建议:制定阅读服务能力标准,引导人才培养与发展;整合师资力量,利用慕课开展联合培养;图书馆行业协会、学界、业界密切合作,建立人才培养的长效机制。
This study tries to analyze the supply and demand of reading service professionals in China,find out the prominent contradictions and propose some feasible solutions,aiming to provide a sustainable talent guarantee for reading promotion.Questionnaires are distributed among Chinese reading promotion professionals,and then an analysis is made of the demand of reading service professionals.Besides,an investigation of 90 LIS programs in China is made,focusing on their academic directions,curricula and faculties,so as to make clear the supply of reading service talents.Through a comparative analysis,it is found out that there are two major contradictions between supply and demand of reading service professionals in China,i.e.,the urgent demand for reading service talents versus the lack of professional education,and the demand for inter-disciplinary talents versus the narrow scope of talent training.In view of such contradictions as well as the realities of China,three strategic suggestions are proposed.They are as follows:firstly,to develop competency standards for reading service so as to provide guidance for talent training;secondly,to integrate faculties of different institutions and carry out joint training by means of MOOCs;thirdly,to promote close cooperation among library associations,LIS institutions and libraries so as to establish a long-term mechanism for talent training.
