人类命运共同体是中华民族共同体理念的提升,是世界普惠价值和共同价值的实践导向,是人类命运共存的高度聚焦和深度集合体,为全球治理现代化的变革需求提供中国智慧。人类命运共同体理念破解了“金德尔伯格陷阱”“修昔底德陷阱”等西方话语预设中的“魔咒”,打破了“西方中心论”,超越了西方的“别无选择论”和“文明冲突论”。人类命运共同体表征的普惠价值打破了西方主导的泛宗教逻辑的所谓“普世价值”的神话,对世界政治格局的平衡和充分发展及全球治理继续发挥了中国负责任、有担当的大国作用。人类命运共同体将国内与国外两个大局统一起来,将“中国梦”与世界梦统一起来,将“中国之治”和“世界之治”统一起来,表征了新型权力观、世界观、义利观、文明观、发展观和交往观。人类命运共同体体现中国优秀传统文化中“命运与共”、以“天下为己任”的家国情怀,彰显了新时代中国特色社会主义大国外交思想的理论自信和治理优势,为推进“世界之治”,建构和谐世界,推进人类共商共建共享发展不断贡献中国智慧和中国力量。
