惯例演化与管理优化:基于我国企业的一个实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 企业管理模式并不是一成不变的,而是随着时代的发展不断变化的。这种变化在空间上体现为企业之间的相互借鉴,在时间上体现为不断的发展和演化。而惯例作为企业管理模式变化最基本的单位,在宏观上维持了企业的稳定和健康发展。基于此,以惯例为基本的研究单位,以中石油和阿里巴巴为例分析了惯例的演化过程和作用机理。对企业的惯例进行分析,解读了企业管理模式的沿革,并提出了对于企业管理模式的优化路径,以期对未来企业管理模式的发展有所帮助。 The management model of an enterprise is not static but changes constantly with the development of the times,which is reflected in the mutual reference between enterprises in space and in the continuous development and evolution in time.As the most basic unit for the change in business management mode,convention maintains the stable and healthy development of the company on a macro scale.This article takes convention as the basic research unit,and uses Sinopec and Alibaba as examples to analyze the evolution process and action mechanism of convention.Analyze the practice of the enterprise,interpret the evolution of the enterprise management model,and propose an optimization path for the enterprise management model in order to help the development of enterprise management model in the future.
