摘要
高铁快运物流业务是中国国家铁路集团有限公司利用高速铁路运力资源开发的现代物流运输产品,是新的铁路货运业务利润增长点。目前,我国高铁快运物流迅速发展,但在运输组织方面仍存在问题,影响高铁快运货物的输送效率。从列车载运空间、车站货运设施、作业流程规范、运输组织协调和内外部信息集成5个方面入手,分析高铁快运物流运输组织存在问题。基于时效性与安全性2大优化原则,结合现场作业的常见问题,在提高列车载运能力、改造车站货运设施、优化装卸作业流程、加强部门内部协调和提高信息集成水平等方面提出相应的优化对策,以优化高铁快运物流运输组织。
High-speed rail express logistics,a new profit growth point of the railway freight business,is a modern logistics transportation product developed by China State Railway Co.,Ltd,depending on the high-speed railway transportation capacity resources.At present,problems with high-speed rail express transportation organization,though it is overgrowing in China,have a negative impact on the efficiency.From the five aspects of cargo space,freight facilities,business process,internal coordination,and information integration,this paper carries out an analysis of the problems.To address the common problems with field operation,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve logistics organization based on the principles of timeliness and security.The strategies include improving carrying capacity,renovating freight facilities at the station,upgrading loading,unloading operation process,strengthening internal coordination,and improving the level of information integration.
