摘要
近年来,我国铁路积极创新铁路基础设施维护管理模式,推进综合维修"生产一体化"模式。天窗维修防护作为维修生产的重要环节,对维修生产安全及作业效率具有重要影响。通过阐述铁路"生产一体化"集中防护流程现状,从天窗维修准备阶段、作业阶段和结束阶段分析"生产一体化"集中防护流程,提出既有流程问题诊断。在此基础上,提出"生产一体化"集中防护流程优化原则,探讨"生产一体化"集中防护流程优化设计方案,为铁路基础设施养护维修集中防护实施提供支撑。
In recent years,China’s railway has been active in innovating its infrastructure maintenance and management,promoting the "production integration" mode of comprehensive maintenance.Roof-window maintenance and protection,as an important part of maintenance and production,has an important impact on maintenance and production safety and operation efficiency.Based on an overview of the existing "production integration"workflow,this paper has identified the problems with the existing workflow for the stages of maintenance preparation,operation and completion.Accordingly,based on the principles to upgrade the workflow,this paper has put forward the upgraded design of the workflow,which is expeceted to facilitate implementation of the "production integration"workflow.
