基于灰色关联法的甘泉线国铁货车周转时间优化研究

A Study on the Strategies to Reduce the Freight Train Turnover Time for Ganquan Railway based on Grey Relation Method

有效压缩国铁货车周转时间,提高国铁货车周转效率,有利于降低国铁货车占用费。通过阐述甘泉线国铁货车周转时间,分析货车周转时间影响因素及主要原因,采用灰色关联法定量分析国铁货车周转时间与影响因素的关联度。计算结果表明,甘泉线国铁货车周转时间关键影响因素为装卸车作业模式滞后、运用机车台数不足、运输信息共享不充分和区间通过能力不足。在此基础上,从运输组织优化角度出发,提出甘泉线国铁货车周转时间优化对策及效果,进一步提高甘泉线国铁货车周转效率。

Effective reduction in the turnover time and an increase in the turnover efficiency of freight trains will facilitate a decrease in freight-train occupancy expenses.Based on an analysis of the factors influencing the turnover time for the freight cars on the Ganquan Railway,this paper quantitatively studies the correlation degree between the turnover time of freight train and the influencing factors by the grey correlation method.The results show that the key factors affecting the turnover time include several weaknesses:outdated loading and unloading operation processes,insufficient operating locomotives,unequal sharing of transportation information,and limited capacity.To further improve the turnover efficiency of freight trains,this paper puts forward the strategies to decrease the turnover time and anticipate the possible effects from the perspective of enhancing transportation organization.
